How do I cancel an order from the Meta Store?

If you purchased your device through store.facebook.com and your payment method hasn't been charged yet, you can cancel your order. If your payment method has been successfully charged, the order can no longer be canceled. Learn how to return your device.

Go to store.facebook.com/account
Find the order you want to cancel and tap More Details.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel Order.
