Use the Calendar app on Meta Portal
You can use the Calendar app on Meta Portal to view your schedule and join calls. Each profile on your Meta Portal can add their own calendars to the Calendar app. When you choose your profile, you can access the calendars you added. To choose a profile, tap the profile picture in the top-left corner of your home screen.
To use the app:
- From your home screen, tap Apps
.
- Tap Calendar app.
If you can’t find the Calendar app, make sure that your Portal’s software is up to date.
To add calendars:
- From your home screen, tap Apps
.
- Tap Calendar app.
- Tap Settings, then tap Add Account.
You can sync your Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar via Office 365.
To join a call:
- From your home screen, tap Apps
.
- Tap Calendar app.
- To find the event, tap the arrows to change the day and scroll up or down.
- Tap the camera to join the call.
You can join a call from your Calendar app for calls hosted on Workplace, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, Webex and Zoom.
To view events on home screen:
- From your home screen, tap Apps
.
- Tap Calendar app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap next to Display Meetings to turn on or off.
When Display Meetings are turned on, upcoming events display on your home screen.
To show or hide calendars:
- From your home screen, tap Apps
.
- Tap Calendar app, then tap Settings.
- Tap your account.
- Tap a calendar, then tap next to Display Events to show or hide that calendar.
