How do I clean my Portal?

It's important to take care of your Portal and clean it when necessary.

To clean your Portal:

• Use a clean, soft dry cloth to clean the screen and outside of your Portal.
• Only clean the outside of your Portal. Do not attempt to open Portal+ or to clean inside any ventilation or other openings.
• Do not use compressed air to clean your Portal.
• Do not use abrasive or harsh chemicals when cleaning your Portal.
