How do I view, download and delete my Portal information?
You can access a copy of your Portal information, such as displayed albums and favorite contacts, by using the Download Your Information tool on Your Facebook Information (YFI) page, available in your Facebook Account Settings. You can delete Portal information by removing your account from your Portal.
You can access and delete your data related to other Facebook Company Products you use on Portal, such as Messenger, by using those Products. For example, you can view and delete your Portal Messenger call history in your Messenger call log. You can also access your Portal Messenger calls by using the Messenger Access Your Information tool on your Your Facebook Information page.
If you use WhatsApp on Portal, you can view and delete WhatsApp call history in your WhatsApp call logs and you can access your Portal WhatsApp call history by using the WhatsApp Request Account Info feature. If you use Workplace on Portal, you and your organization can access, correct, or delete information using the tools within the Workplace service. If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Workplace service, contact your organization directly to access or modify your information.
Deleting your Facebook Company Product accounts will delete information related to your use of those Products, including your Portal information and your use of other Facebook Company Products on Portal.
