How much space do I need to use my Meta Quest headset?

To use Roomscale, a Guardian setting that lets you move around inside your play area, you'll need a safe and unobstructed space measuring at least 6.5 feet by 6.5 feet (2 meters by 2 meters). If you have a smaller space than that, you can still use your headset in Stationary Mode, which lets you play while sitting or standing in one place.
