Allowing Content from unknown sources
Some developers may release content that doesn’t appear in the Oculus Store. This content isn’t reviewed by Oculus for the following:
- Security
- Comfort
- Content
- Health and safety
While we don’t review this content, you can still run it on your Oculus Rift S or Rift if the developers allow it.
To allow content from unknown sources:
- Open the Oculus app on your PC computer.
- Select Settings in the left menu.
- Select the General tab.
- Next to Unknown Sources, adjust the toggle and then confirm to allow content from unknown sources.
