Adjust your Display Theme
With Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest, you can adjust your Display Theme between a light or dark theme. This will change the appearance of system features and certain Oculus apps.
To adjust your theme:
- Press
on your Touch controllers, then select
Apps.
- Select Settings, then select Experimental Features.
- Select Display Theme. From here, you can choose a light or dark theme.
- Select Apply to save your changes.
