Managing Messenger in VR notifications for your Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest
Similar to using Messenger on mobile, you will get a notification when one of your Facebook friends messages you. If you don't want to have Messenger notifications while you're in VR, you can turn them off in your Messenger settings.
To adjust your Messenger Settings:

on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

- If you haven't logged into Messenger yet, select your profile photo to login.
- Select
from the left side of your Messenger panel.
- Select Notifications to adjust your notification settings for Messenger.
